We have known Kim for years and trust her 100%. She has never let us down and is always there for us when we need her. She and her staff are caring and knowledgeable and go out of their way to take the best care of our fur babies. We don’t have to worry when we are out of town and she and Dawn always send us videos and update on any concerns they may have.

We were so glad to be referred to Kim and her team. Pampered Paws Pet sitting took care of our two dogs needs and we’re always in communication with us during our trip away! Kim and Leah went above and beyond our expectations. I’d highly recommend their services.

Kim and Dawn have been walking Dexter for over a year now and they go above and beyond. We get pictures and/or video with every visit and we love it. It puts us at ease knowing he’s having so much fun while we’re away. We were having some separation anxiety issues and Dawn and Kim were more than willing to help! We’re so thankful for them taking such great care of our fur baby! We can’t thank them enough!

Kim and Leah have done a wonderful job taking care of my fur babies for the past 2 years. When I lost 2 of my 3 babies, she sent a sweet gift with her condolences.

When they visit, they always send videos and updates on how my Nala is doing. Kim recently gave Nala and us a Christmas present. It is very comforting knowing that my fur baby is in great hands and loved on when we are gone.

I have been using pampered paws for well over 2 years and all I can say is that Kim and Leah have always done a great job with my dogs. I can go out of town and feel good about leaving my dogs with them, I highly recommend them.

We have been using them for close to a year for weekday visits. They are awesome and take wonderful care of my sweet dog while I am at work! Kim is so flexible with my schedule and extremely loving to my dog. I never have to worry about her while I am gone for the day as I know she is in great hands. 5 stars and Highly recommend!

We used Pampered Paws for a day visit and while on our 6-day vacation. Kim and Michelle came for an intro visit first to meet with us and our pets, to get to know us and our needs (and our quirky animals). They have a detailed online system so you can input your pets’ information (from behavior concerns, training experience, fears, feeding habits etc). The attention to detail and obvious care doesn’t stop there. On nearly every visit, we received pictures, videos or texts letting us know how our dogs and guinea pigs were doing while we were away.

They also noticed when something was missing from our patio and immediately notified us (forgot to tell them my brother was coming to pick it up). And even watered our plants without being asked.

Our one dog, Luna, is a bit scared at times, especially with new people. Kim and Michelle worked with her to make her more comfortable. Michelle worked every day with our dogs – giving them treats, playing and practicing obedience commands. And Michelle became Luna’s best buddy with nightly brushing time.

They clearly love and care about the animals they are watching.

I look forward to using them again when I need to go away, and I would highly recommend them.

After lots of research and calls, we started using Pampered Paws to care for our two cats. This was our first time using any pet sitter and it could not have been a better experience. Kim did an intro visit and has now cared for our cats a few times and will continue to be our go-to pet sitter. She communicates with us on every visit and we never have to worry about the health or safety of our pets. We would recommend her without hesitation.
